Autonomous Employee Expense Approval (AEEA)

Currently most of the employee expense approval process is done manually, by contracted out to low labor cost companies in Asia. The process is slow, expensive, and human error prone.

We just built and trained an AI solution pipeline to fully automate the process, right after employee submit receipt images, the model can make autonoumous decisions based on the data point extracted from the receipts and policy provided, either approve the expense or reject it with reasons, without any human intervention. It only takes less than 10 second to process the receipt and make a decision, instead of days. It's also much cheaper, secure and more accurate than human.

The solution provides 99% accuracy, 97% time saving and up to 70% cost saving compared to human manual process.
